1. Scope

This policy explains how Mark Six Stats handles information when you use the app, including information processed by services integrated into the app.

Mark Six Stats is an informational lottery-results and statistical-analysis tool. It does not create user accounts, accept wagers or payments, sell lottery tickets, or pay prizes.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Mormorlab does not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, or other contact information through the app, and does not operate a server that receives personal information from the app.

The following information is stored locally on your device:

• Lottery draw data and calculated statistics
• Saved or favourite number combinations
• Temporarily selected numbers
• Language, theme, text-size, and other app preferences

This local information is used only to provide app features and is not transmitted to Mormorlab.

3. Lottery Data and Network Requests

Lottery information shown in the app—including draw numbers, dates, jackpot amounts, prize information, and historical statistics—is obtained from the Hong Kong Jockey Club's public information service. Some information is bundled with the app, and the app periodically contacts HKJC's public endpoints to check for or download updates.

As with an ordinary internet request, HKJC may receive technical information such as your IP address, request time, and request or device information supplied by the network connection. HKJC handles that information under its own Privacy Policy. Mormorlab does not receive or store this network information.

Mark Six Stats is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Lottery data is provided for personal informational and statistical-analysis purposes only.

4. Advertising and Data Processed by Google AdMob

The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to display third-party advertisements. Depending on your device, region, settings, consent choices, and how Google configures its services, Google may automatically collect or process:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate coarse location
• Device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier when permitted, or app- or developer-bounded identifiers
• Advertising data, such as advertisements displayed to or interacted with by the device
• Product-interaction data, such as app launches, taps, and ad interactions
• Diagnostic data, including non-user-related crash logs
• Performance data, such as app launch time, hang rate, or energy use

Google may use this information to provide third-party advertising, measure advertising performance, perform analytics, and maintain or improve its advertising services. Some information may be linked to your device. Where you authorize tracking, Google may use permitted information for targeted advertising or advertising measurement across apps or websites owned by other companies.

5. Tracking Permission and Privacy Choices

On supported Apple devices, the app requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the advertising identifier or allowing tracking that requires this permission. If you decline, the app remains fully usable. Ads may still be displayed, and Google may still process information that does not require App Tracking Transparency permission.

You can withdraw or change tracking permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your Apple device. You can also manage Google's advertising choices through My Ad Center and Google's Partner Ads Settings.

6. Sharing and Third-Party Protection

Mormorlab does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by:

• Google AdMob, for the advertising and measurement purposes described above
• Hong Kong Jockey Club, when the app requests public lottery information

Through applicable agreements and platform requirements, we require service providers that process information through the app to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this policy and required by applicable App Store rules. Each third party also processes information under its own privacy policy.

7. Retention, Deletion, and Requests

• Local app information: Remains on your device until you remove it using an available clear or delete control, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
• Mormorlab servers: The app has no user accounts and Mormorlab does not retain personal information from the app on its servers.
• Google AdMob information: Google determines how long information processed by its advertising services is retained and how it can be deleted. Please use Google's privacy controls or contact Google as described in its Privacy Policy.
• Tracking consent: You can withdraw it through your Apple device settings as described above.

You may contact Mormorlab with a privacy question or request. Because the app has no account system or developer-operated personal-data backend, Mormorlab may have no server-side record that can be linked to you and cannot delete information controlled solely by Google or HKJC on their behalf.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is intended only for people aged 18 or older. People under 18 should not use the app. Mormorlab does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Responsible Gambling

The app is for informational and statistical-analysis purposes only. It does not provide betting services or guarantee or predict winning outcomes. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please contact the HKJC Responsible Gambling Hotline at 1800-206-606 (free).

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app, third-party services, or legal requirements. The updated date shown on this page identifies the latest version.
