Do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information. Mark Six Stats does not require an account or sign-in credentials.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why has the information not updated?
The App opens using the most recently stored information on your device and synchronizes with the Mormorlab service in the background. A network outage, service maintenance, or a temporary error may delay an update, but stored history and offline features remain available.
Confirm that your device has an internet connection, reopen the App, and allow a short time for background synchronization. The Home screen shows the latest synchronization status and provides a retry action when needed.
Can I use the App without an internet connection?
Yes. Historical information, statistical analysis, saved number combinations, and other local features use the most recently stored information on the device. New information synchronizes after connectivity returns.
What should I do if the App remains on the startup screen or reports a database error?
Select Retry first. If the problem continues, select Repair Local Data to rebuild the local draw database from the bundled dataset.
Repair rebuilds only draw and prize information; saved combinations and preferences are preserved. Keep the App open while repair and background synchronization finish. Contact support if the problem continues.
How do I change the language?
On a fresh installation, the App selects Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or English from the device's primary language. You can change the language at any time in Settings.
How do I delete information stored by the App?
Saved combinations, preferences, and synchronized information are stored on the device. Removing the App deletes its local information. You can also use individual delete or reset controls provided inside the App.
