1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using 六合彩統計分析 (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a personal statistical analysis tool for Hong Kong Mark Six lottery draws. It displays historical draw data, frequency / gap / zone / sum statistics, generates non-deterministic number suggestions based on user input, and allows users to save favourite number combinations for personal reference.

The App does not facilitate betting, wagering, or any form of gambling transaction. It does not sell lottery tickets or process payments related to the Hong Kong Jockey Club.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. No Betting Advice

The App is for statistical and informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes betting, gambling, or financial advice. The "suggestions" feature generates number combinations using deterministic algorithms over historical data — it does not predict future draws, and past draw patterns do not influence future outcomes (each draw is independent).

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information displayed in the App. The developer does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any statistical output.

5. Lottery Data Attribution

Lottery data displayed in the App (draw numbers, dates, jackpot amounts, snowball names, and prize distributions) is sourced from the Hong Kong Jockey Club's public information service. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club.

All trademarks and draw data remain the property of their respective owners. Use of such data within the App is for personal, non-commercial, statistical analysis only.

6. User-Generated Content

The App allows you to save "favourites" (number combinations) locally on your device. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to the developer or any third party. You retain full ownership of any such data.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Use of AdMob is subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. The App may also access third-party endpoints operated by the Hong Kong Jockey Club for lottery data; such access is subject to HKJC's terms of use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Responsible Gambling

11. Changes to These Terms

The developer may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the latest changes were made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
